• Customers with overdue accounts will need to settle any outstanding amounts before they are entitled to their rewards
• Customers need to contact us via email to claim their rewards
• Terms and conditions for use of the vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions of the participating companies supplying the products and services under the LP
• LP is not available to Bartercard and BBX customers.
• Printing is exempt from LP rewards
• Points earned but not yet redeemed may be subject to cancellation if the account has been inactive for more than a year
• Rewards are subject to availability
